 ■  Equipped with probe block that can respond to at least 30um pitch.

 ■  Unlike existing facilities that required separate facilities for each product size, a groundbreaking facility that can inspect products of various sizes with one facility.

 ■  It can respond to all size panels from medium (~27 inches) to super large (~100 inches or more).
